By accessing or using LifeguardPortal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this portal. These terms apply to all users, including partners, client managers, and Lifeguard staff.
Authorized Access
Access to LifeguardPortal is granted exclusively to authorized users with valid credentials issued by Lifeguard Digital Health. You must not share your login credentials or permit unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at technicalsupport@lifeguarddh.com.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within LifeguardPortal — including but not limited to dashboards, reports, graphics, logos, software, and data visualizations — are the exclusive property of Lifeguard Digital Health Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Data and Reporting
Data displayed within the portal is sourced from connected Lifeguard devices and services. While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness, Lifeguard Digital Health does not guarantee that all data is complete or error-free. Reports and exports from the portal are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for critical clinical or operational decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or infrastructure • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the portal • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the portal • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the platform
Confidentiality
You acknowledge that data accessible through the portal may include sensitive operational and health-related information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all data accessed through the portal and to use it only for its intended purpose. Unauthorized disclosure of portal data may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifeguard Digital Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the portal.
Termination
Lifeguard Digital Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portal at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any operational, security, or legal reason. Upon termination, your right to use the portal ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly. The date of the most recent revision will be shown at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
